Terms of Service & API Usage Policy
1. General Provisions
These Terms of Service govern access to and usage of the automated SMS API gateway, cloud console, and developer documentation provided by XYZ.
2. API Credentials & Acceptable Use Policy
Customers must not utilize the SMS gateway for spam, unauthorized marketing broadcasts, deceptive phishing attempts, or illegal content. Breaches of this policy result in immediate key revocation.
3. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
SMSPort commits to a monthly API uptime availability of at least 99.99% for Business Pro and Enterprise tiers, excluding communicated scheduled maintenance windows.
4. Billing and Invoicing
Subscription fees and message bundles are billed in advance or on enterprise post-paid terms with standard EU VAT invoices issued automatically.
